Bayer Garden Design creates beautiful landscapes for its clients through:

Landscape Design

From a balcony or patio to a rock garden or backyard or an entire estate, we provide a complete design service that addresses the landscaping needs for any client project. It includes recommendations for:

Plant materials: existing and new
Hardscape elements: driveways, paths, decks, patios, walls, fences and arbors
Amenities: pools, fountains, fireplaces, grills, furniture, benches and bird baths
Theme gardens: Japanese, Native, Rose, Mediterranean
Small to large residential landscapes

The Landscape Design Process consists of:

Initial meeting in your garden
Survey of the site
Up to three different conceptual design ideas for you to choose from
Final blue print of your new landscape in the form of a Master Plan and a Planting Design; both are drawn to scale. A handy reference book comes with pictures and description of plants and recommendations for plant care

Fee: Initial meeting is $200. The Design fee is fixed and it is based on the estimated number of hours at $120/hour

Fine Landscape Maintenance

If you are happy with your current garden, we provide services to maintain it through the seasons or for a special event. All work is done by hand to protect the health of the plants and the sustainability of the garden:

Fine gardening: on-going plant maintenance such as dead-heading, selective pruning, weeding
Seasonal color update: for spring, summer, fall, winter, and the Holidays
Special events in the garden: dress up your garden with colorful plants

Fee: $80/hour

Landscape Consulting

If you need suggestions about improving or enhancing your current garden, we will meet with you in your garden to share options and provide recommendations.
Fee: $200, first hour. Subsequent hours: $120/hour
