Bayer Garden Design was created by Daniela Bayer. Her passion for gardening and landscaping began at an early age in her grandparents' European gardens. There her respect and appreciation for natural beauty blossomed. She learned as her grandfather designed their yard full of fruit trees, a vegetable garden, and lots of flowers.
Daniela graduated with Masters Degrees in Economics and in Business, and pursued a career in business first. She stayed true to her love for nature and the garden as a hobby, and continued studying design, botany and sustainable landscaping. In California, Daniela studied Environmental Horticulture at Foothill College in Los Altos, interned with one of Bay Area's premier landscape management companies, and in 2002 began her own landscaping business.
